Pregnancy Workbook: One Step at a Time

Some people’s goals or dreams may seem so far from their grasp that they give them up before they even explore all their options. You may want to go to college, but you know you don’t have the money yourself, and there is no one else who will help pay your way.

But with a little research and some advice, you find that most schools offer financial aid based on need or scholarships based on areas of interest or on your past academic achievement.

Breaking a goal or dream into a list of plans or questions will help you explore all the options to achieving them. Once you have made your list, it may look overwhelming to you. Don’t try to tackle the whole list at once. Deal with one little question or activity a day (or a week, if that seems easier). Step by step, you’ll slowly get the information you need to get to your dreams.

In Part 16, you made a list of goals and dreams that were important to you. Looking at this list again, make another list of what plans you need to make or questions you need answered to achieve those goals and dreams.
