Just as all individuals have strengths, each person has weaknesses also, things that they are not good at. Most of us are very aware of many of our weaknesses, but we all have blind spots about our personalities and characters.

To make good decisions, it’s a good plan to have a clear idea of what your weaknesses are. How well do you know your weaknesses?
Write down at least 10 of your weaknesses, thing that you may not feel good about, things that you can’t do well. (Most people don’t have trouble listing the things that they are not good at, but if you do, ask a tactful friend or relative to help you make this list.)
