There are four basic options for each unplanned pregnancy depending upon where you are in your pregnancy, your family situation, and other factors:

1. Parent the child with your partner, or with help from your family
2. Parent your child alone
3. Place your child for adoption
4. Terminate your pregnancy (have an abortion)
