No decision you make is going to be perfect in every way, so don’t be surprised if you have doubts or feel worry or grief. If your worry, grief, or doubts seem overwhelming, please contact your doctor or a counselor immediately. Talk to someone who understands what you have been through and who has lived with the impact of these decisions.
