Exercising
Not only can you exercise during your pregnancy, but you probably should. It has been proven that women who maintain a moderate exercise program throughout their pregnancies have shorter labors and often deliver more easily. And, unless you have a medical condition that puts you at risk, exercise does not cause miscarriage. Be sure to consult with your healthcare professional about the type and amount of exercise recommended.
